- What are the terms of the exchange?
- You can apply for an exchange within 3 days of the product being delivered.
- We do not have our own delivery service, we rely on delivery partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.
- In case of an exchange the delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer’s location and the additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer’s location, as these charges are two-way, we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹120.
- We do not accept exchanges on certain categories including but not limited to stationery items like posters, framed posters, and canvas.
- How do I create an exchange request?
- Write a mail to dokicustomercare@gmail.com with the subject as ‘Exchange Order’
- Write the details as follows - product name, order number, shipment address, phone number and amount paid.
- You will be notified once your exchange order is approved (likely within 24 hours)
- Your replacement order will be shipped once the original order is successfully received at our warehouse, and the tracking details will be shared with you accordingly.
- In case your pin code is non-serviceable for the reverse pick-up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us. No exchange fee will be charged to you.
- I have created an exchange request. When will the product be picked up?
- Once your exchange request has been accepted your reverse pickup will be arranged within 3 days.(In case your pin-code is non serviceable for the reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us)
- When will my exchange product be delivered?
- The exchange product is shipped out once the original product reaches our warehouse and the quality check is done, this whole process can take upto 7-10 days. So the customer can expect to receive the exchange order in 10-15 days.
- I exchanged the product once but want to exchange it again. How can I do that?
- Once the product is exchanged and delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund will be applicable on that order.
- Can I get a refund on cancelled orders?
- Customer may get a refund on cancelled orders within 48 hours of placing an order, customer can send a mail at dokicustomercare@gmail.com regarding the same and we will sort it out.
- Can I return a product?
- You cannot return a product of an order, however it can be exchanged incase the product is damaged/faulty. You can apply for an exchange within 3 days of the product being delivered.
